Shipping Policy

• Flat Rate of $4.50 on orders under $200 for UPS Ground and $6.50 on orders under $300 for UPS Rush
•  $200 or more for UPS Ground FREE and more than $300 for UPS Rush FREE
• Bulky Items regardless of weight incur a 2.50 extra charge for shipping

 Authorization for Return or Replacement

To return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply return merchandise to us within 30 days of purchase. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a $3.00 fee, and must also be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions

Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return.

  • Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by us. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
  • Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

Note: Returns, which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy, will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.
